ACME Roofing in Tacoma provided service that far exceeded our expectations. The pricing was great and their workmanship was impeccable. They completed everything in a timeframe that surpassed our expectations. They left my yard cleaner than when they arrived and even cleaned out out gutters.
Everyone was professional and courteous from the office staff, sales person, supervisor and crew. They responded to all questions and got back to us almost imidiatly, no playing phone tag, superior to other contractors.
Our new roof looks great, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing

Great company to have as a part of our community! I had some water coming through the ceiling after just a few days of moving into a new home, which of course sent me into a panic! Tim at ACME Roofing answered the phone right away and got Benji out quickly to check it out. Arrived early & super friendly! Turns out it was not a roof issue (problem with siding) but Benji did whatever he could to save the day and help my situation. Will be a regular customer and regular recommender.

Following recent heavy rains, we had a leak around a very large skylight above our kitchen hardwood floors. Benjie quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to remove concrete roof tiles in order to stop water backup caused by leaf/debris obstruction. He was knowledgeable and efficient and charged us a very fair price. I would definitely recommend ACME roofing if you want quality work at a reasonable price.

After a ton of winter rain, we luckily had sun this week and the ACME team came and re-roofed our home. They are the best! They are very professional, have competitive pricing, and are very focused on getting the job done in the best way possible. Acme Roofing replaced my roof with a Pabco roof, and they did an excellent job. The price was fair and less than I'd anticipated, and while I did get a lesser bid, Acme was far more professional and I had more confidence that they would do a good job, use regular labor and not random temps, and if there were any problems, I was better assured of having the problem addressed.
Fortunately, there were no problems. The work was no only done well, it ended up costing less than the bid. Moreover, they were done quickly, and I was amazed at how immaculate they left the yard and deck, with everything

Called this company BECAUSE of the ratings on Yelp. I spoke to someone on Thursday April 5th and asked if they could give us a bid to remove skylights and repair our roof. The gentleman I spoke to took my name and number and said someone would call me back. I called today Monday April 9th and again spoke to a man who said " yes he remembered me calling and his guys were out in the field and they would be giving me a call shortly to come to the house." He also again verified my phone number. The company is now closed and never received a call. Very poor customer service too bad we did

What a great team. They were professional and answered all my question and concerns before, during and after the process. I get compliments on my roof now. They did an amazing job and done in 1 day. Everything was cleaned up and the teamed called after to check if I had any concerns and how the roof was doing. They were referred to me by my parents after they had their roof done and after pricing the competition they were not only able to work with me to choose a better product for the money they had me best interest in mind. I used Acme Roofing for a new roof and was very pleased with their service. So, my family was quick to call them again to fix a leak in a Rental house that we own. Again, they were very quick to respond within one day and try to fix the problem...we were all very happy with their service. We paid over $500 thinking it was fixed but realized within 2 weeks that whatever they did did not fix the problem. Now I have called and called, left messages and even talked to 2 different people who said they would get back to me (1 person chose to tell me they were too busy!).

Monday January 9, 2017 Jay Clement of Acme Roofing thoroughly explained all options to replace our roof. I compared Acme's bids against 3 others. Not the lowest but definitely the best in quality for the money. Thursday January 26, 2017 Acme showed up 8am and delivered. New roof by nightfall including cleanup! Professionals.

ACME Roofing was excellent! Crew was professional, on time & it took 1 day and a few hours the next day only because they ran out of the material. Instead of putting an metal strip in the valley they did a "shingle weave"! They also replaced all the vents and found one that was not connected and went the extra mile to pull the plywood & connect the vent! They painted the flashing around the chimney. We are very happy with the color & look! :)
