After our home was struck by lightning in June we have been dealing with multiple contractors that were approved by our insurance company. We have been a customer of TM Johnson since 2012 and have always received exceptional service. They have attended to our home for semi-annual inspections and cleanings, tested our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, made repairs and replacements, and more. Most recently, we had an old pressure tank to an abandoned well that needed removed. TM Johnson was here within an hour to help with the project. No idea of the quality of this service as they never showed up for my scheduled tune up appointment. I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment and when the person didn't show up I called them. First I was told I had the wrong date. I did not have the wrong date. They called me back and said they had to reschedule my appointment but had FORGOTTEN TO CALL ME. We had cleaned out the furnace room and were awaiting the results of the inspection to determine if we could do another home improvement or if we'd need a new furnace in the near future. They REALLY caused problems for us by doing
