Rol Air Plumbing & Heating is a locally-owned family business in Zimmerman, Minnesota. Owners Jay and Tabatha Rol started the company in 2013, and focus on servicing the northwest Twin Cities area. Jay is a certified master plumber and specializes in designing custom water, heating, and water treatment solutions.

I called this morning really early because my house was 65 degrees and the floor heat downstairs was working overtime. I noticed the furnace was not running at all so I called Rol Air. They called me back and got some out really quick and had heat running before my kids had to login for distance learning. Really great company and have always treated our family with great care and respect! Would recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional, professional service! Top tier work and they stand by their word! We had a new heater and AC put in to our 26 year old house. I was not an easy customer for them to deal with as we had a couple of issues with the new furnace. They made everything right in the end at great cost to them. Ben was GREAT! He was very professional and had good knowledge of repairing my furnace. The staff was also very professional. Same day service was very helpful. I noticed my furnace not working in the morning and they came out early afternoon, couldn’t ask for more. As a licensed General Contractor myself, was was very impressed and would definitely use them again.

I love this company. Since moving to my house they have helped me with my water bladder, my AC unit, my water softener, and today a new water heater. They treat me like family! This company bought out an old family company my family and I have used for decades. I was a bit skeptical as I was used to the small family-run business I had used in the past. But I needed to have my HVAC checked so I called on Monday morning and they sent someone out that same day. My technician, Guy, was fabulous. I needed general inspection of my HVAC system plus he noticed my water heater was 14 years old and nearing "borrowed" time. After discussion and pricing, I agreed to a yearly maintenance program which gave me furnace, air conditioner, and plumbing check up each year plus no diagnosis

They were amazing! They came out to fix my ac,unfortunately it had to be replaced. Jerry was amazing! I couldn't be home so he explained everything to my wife which she passed along to me (I really appreciate the way he treated her). Guy was able to come out the next day to replace the ac! He was amazing as well! We got their check up plan as well to prevent future issues! We definitely recommend!
