Founding owner Jeff Boettcher began his plumbing career back in 1988, when he shadowed an exceptional plumber. This plumber also happened to be Jeff's high school hockey coach. While plumbing started out as just a job, Jeff quickly built up his skill set and, as a result, found his vocation. He worked for his coach and mentor for eight years prior to opening Nowthen Plumbing in 1996.

I and my wife have used Nowthen Plumbing several times from remodeling projects to simple leaks. He answers the phone 24/7, he's fast and prompt. With Jeff there is no surprises. First off, I had to call at least three times to possibly try and set up a time for him to come out. He showed up a day earlier than the appointment. Then when I was explaining to him what I was looking to have done he not only talked down to me but was trying to explain how a heating system works. We have owned our home for 7 years and I know it’s quirks. Then told me it would be impossible to give a quote at all on the job. Not sure how you hire a company that won’t tell you on ballpark how much it would cost. I would jot recommend trying to contact this company for an estimate

We had an emergency plumbing situation in our home and were new to the area. We found Nowthen plumbing on Google and gave them a call. The company is very responsive and definitely does their very best to take care of your needs quickly! They came prepared and efficiently completed the job. Had these guys out to the house today to install the out line for the sump pump we bought due to an emergency flood in the basement. They showed up when they said they would. They treated us with respect, during the visit. They gave us a very reasonable price. The work looks really good and tidy. I couldn't be a happier camper! Thank you guys so much!
