I emailed Eric from his website about a garbage disposal install on a Saturday not expecting a response until Monday. Eric called me about my message within 15 minutes of me sending it and was able to be out within the hour. He was very professional and fixed my issue very quickly.

I have worked with Eric from Aune Plumbing on a number of plumbing projects in my home. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Most recently I had a failing combination water heater and water softener and Eric did a great job of explaining my options and helped me make a good decision. He installed a new combi-boiler for my in floor heat and domestic hot water and a water softener. Aune Plumbing will continue to be my first call for plumbing.

Eric was a lifesaver. I installed a boiler from Menards (learned my lesson) and it sounded like a helicopter taking off while it ran. Eric was very helpful in educating me on what a quality boiler does vs mass produced big box store options. Within 5 hours he was able to order and replace my faulty unit with something that will last 20+ years. Thank you again for helping me out in a pinch.

Eric is extremely knowledgeable about his trade.
When another company told me I needed to replace my boiler due to issues I was having with it kicking off I contacted Eric for a second opinion. Eric was immediately able to tell that my boiler was fine and that instead the piping was incorrectly laid out. I hired Eric to re-pipe the boiler saving a bunch of money and it has worked flawlessly for over a year.
Since then I have hired Eric for multiple other jobs and they are always done promptly with high quality. I would recommend Eric to any friend or family member who needed plumbing or boiler
