Critical: Professionalism
Owner refused to accept a check for the service provided. He would only accept cash. My young tenant was intimidated by this man. The only reason he wanted cash is because he won’t have to claim it to the IRS. This is illegal and most people pay their taxes responsibly. I would never consider hiring him again.

Critical: Professionalism
Called out for toilet not flushing properly- said septic needed pumped. After 11 days same problem, said drain field needed replaced- it is 4 years young. Second opinion -different diagnosis. After the tank was emptied somehow the pipe going to the tank became clogged. It has to be rotor rootered.

Made an appt. for 1 pm. Husband called to see if they would be on time at 12:50. Person who answered phone said give them half and hour to get a piece and then he would know. Husband called back to find out they were not coming and set up an appt. for the next week. This week we get a call that they are 10 mins away. Husband waits, calls only to find out they need to reschedule! Do not bother calling them for your septic needs. He spoke with someone named Leo!

If zero was a rating option, it would certainly be the preferred choice. They came out a week ago and supposedly told me they pumped our septic tank fully in just minutes and I paid them hundreds of dollars and they said all would be fine. The very next day our lines were backing up so I called them back and they came back out and told me it was a main plumbing line clog under my home and I needed to have a plumber come out to fix the clogged or broken plumbing line. When I questioned the odds of having a backed up septic tank and a plumbing line at the same time Leo said it is very common to have

I called 5 other places as the reviews for this company were not the best. This company was flawless, upon calling I could tell he was on another job, no big deal he called me right back. Was able to pump septic tank within the hour, other companies wanted me to wait until Monday... it is currently Thursday around noon. Price was in line with what I have paid in the past. I will be saving this business in my phone for future use.
Also I do not really ever write reviews but felt this company was deserving because of the negatives they have received, and how good the service truly was today.

This company is absolutely the worse. They didn't drain the tank completely and charged for a new drain filter that they didn't install.
If they ask you to leave to go check the toilet, don't. Move. Continue to watch them. That's when they close the tank and remove the new filter and replace it with the old one.
Extremely shady com ppl any.
