Our condo association hired them to do work on all the units. Paint, replace screen enclosure and other work. They removed and damaged my front screen door. It should never have been removed. They blamed it on a short time renter that had not been there for 4 months and no one else but me checking on the place. They put different screws back in the frame and tons of caulk to hold door in. I would NEVER HIRE this company

Our condo association hired McLeods to paint our building. We gave them our deposit and then they told us they did not want to do the job.
Since they had our deposit and they are general contractors, we asked them to repair a fence, and to repair some soffits. The fence was repaired, but the soffits fell down in less than 6 months. We contacted them after the work was completed, but prior to them falling down to express some concerns with the quality of the work. An employee came out, but did not correct any of our concerns.
When the soffits fell down, McLeods told us the roofing company we were
