Ivan and Brad are very helpful employees and on top of it. we had a bad experience at the del monte location less then a half hour peior and drove 20 mins and had a wonderful experience where my reservation was already completed by the time i walked thru the door friendly faces and professionally ran. Wonderful demeanor.

Has been a decent place, but the hours can be a bit confusing. They apparently also have limited hours in the summer that aren't posted on their website, which makes things more confusing.
Summer hours:
Gate hours: M-F 8am-8pm, S 8am-5pm, Su 9am-1pm
Office hours: M-F 8am-6pm, S 8am-5pm, Su 9am-1pm
U-Haul hours: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm, S 9am-4:30pm, Su 9:30am-12:30pm
