A.Yes, we do require all tenants insure their stored goods. Our storage office offers insurance through a third party (SBOATI) that you can conveniently pay with your storage rent or you can bring in proof of insurance (IE. Declarations page when completing the rental paperwork. A.The carts are located in the lobby of each building and are available for tenants at all times.

I was originally helping a disabled friend with his storage unit here. Janine has been VERY helpful the entire time. When it came time for my own storage unit needs I did not think twice about where I wanted to do business. The facility is extremely clean and safe. This is a great place for university students to store their small items, like kitchen, books, bikes, tvs, etc. The price is fair, especially for 3-4 months. The place is always clean and it has a very friendly atmosphere. The people who are in charge are very friendly and very nice and they make you feel nice, and you know with their personality, that your items will be safe.

When I first stopped in, I'd planned on comparing prices of other nearby storage shops that day, but never got that far. Janean took quite a bit of time to listen and understand what kind of storage I was looking for and made a couple of recommendations. As I was considering renting long-term, I really appreciated the time and effort taken to find the best possible unit, and not try to rush me into any available storage unit.
The result is that I've been continuing to rent there for around 4 years now as a very satisfied customer. If I were to summarize the reasons, it'd be:

I have been dealing with Statewide for about 5 years now. The manager Janene is very helpful and know's the business. The facility is always kept clean and tidy. I recommend Statewide Storage if you need a good friendly place to store your stuff.
