When I called, a first time customer, Joyce Cooling & Heating made an appointment with me really soon, even though it's their busy time of year. Allan came early in the day as scheduled, knew exactly what the problem was, and was extremely courteous while working. I was impressed at how thorough and knowledgeable Allan was, too---he solved the problem quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail.

These guys are always very kind and respectful anytime they have made a visit for me. They are even careful not to let my kitten out the front door! They always arrive on time or early and work very professionally to get the job done the right way. Dan and Kingsley came out to assess our water heater (which wasn’t installed by Joyce) in order to determine what was needed to bring it up to code. Dan and Kingsley did a great job adding the missing components and removing/replacing the incorrect parts. The work was done in a timely manner and the guys left the area like they found it. Joyce was recommended by a friend, and we were very happy with the quick responsiveness and the quality of work. We would definitely utilize Joyce for our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had several bad and so-so experiences with other HVAC companies before I found Joyce. Overall, I was extremely impressed by the competence, reliability, and kindness of our Joyce tech - John N.
My particular situation involved a leaking, smelly oil furnace. What I have learned is that you need/want a technician with a lot of experience with oil furnaces in order to correctly diagnose and repair issues with their various components. Previous technicians either were unable to find the problem or incorrectly repaired something which led to more issues down the line

Joyce came out and installed a four unit Mini-Split Ventless Lennox system, and although they were challenged with the way the installation needed to be designed, they did a great job adapting to the limitations my house has with installing this type of solution. The units are installed professionally, the lines look good outside the home, and it works as advertised so far. Price estimate stayed the same, and I would recommend them for complex installs again.

Terrible service. We had our heating system tuned up and 10 days later were without heat. I called their on call service at 6:30 AM and no response. I called another company and they responded I told them the system was tuned up 10 days ago. After looking at the system we were told and shown that the system had never been tuned up. The heat exchange was broken and you could see a burned area around the outside of the cells. In addition the condonsate trap was dirty as well as other parts There is no way all of this happened in 10 days. Needless to say we will never use them again and would never

We've had Joyce Cooling & Heating out a handful of times over the past two years since purchasing our home to address concerns with our (very old), increasingly malfunctioning boiler. I was referred to Joyce by my condo's property manager. I needed both the AC and furnace to be replaced. The entire process from getting the quote through installation, and now annual maintenance, has been exceptional. Everyone who works here is on their "A" game. And on top of it all, I felt like I paid a very fair price for all the work. So many of these HVAC companies are wayyyyy overpriced (like INSANELY overpriced) and they under-deliver on workmanship. After years of putting off installing a/c, we contacted Joyce for an estimate. They were prompt with their quote and very thorough when explaining the type of units which would work best for us. We scheduled the installation of 5 Mitsubishi wall units last April and we couldn't be happier! Joyce Cooling and Heating are TOP NOTCH! Josh S came over to the house today and did an inspection of the heating system that Joyce installed two years ago. Did a great job, found a small propane leak at a pipe fitting - took the time to take it all apart, repair it and put it all back together. Never charged me a dime! Joyce is the best in the area. I have a maintenance contract with them - they always give me great and timely service.

The staff at Joyce have always been the best. I've had them over for maintenance and cleaning before, but we just had them install a central air unit and added a second zone for the basement this year. Admittedly it was a couple years between when we had the estimate done and when we pulled the trigger to do the project, but Abe didn't miss a beat and was ready with revised quotes and documentation that we needed this year.

I sent an email request yesterday to request an appointment for an issue regarding a possible leak from my furnace. I received a call back very promptly this morning. The lady that called me indicated that they were crazy busy, however they may be able to check out the situation today. We were able to get service today! I have dealt with Joyce Cooling in the past for a new furnace and thermostat, so again very happy with the service and professionalism of Joyce Cooling.
