I set a time for Monday 1/10/2022 at 10-12, but called Monday morning to make sure they where coming. I spoke to Wes again and he said didn't get information but would send someone from 8-9. The guy arrived at 10:23 and looked at the sink then gave a price, which stated even if don't fix the problem I have to pay. I hoped that him Anakin it and whatever else he would do would work. After I said ok, he left to go to the store because didn't have gloves and looked lost when trying to open side of van to get supplies out. Keith The Plumber installed an underground gas line from my gas meter to my patio fire pit approximately 70 feet away. I called Keith the Plumber on a Sunday with a blockage in the main sewer line between my house and the street and water backing up. An actual person answered the phone and said that Keith would call us shortly. We received a return phone call within 5 minutes to advise us that their plumber Patrick would be at our home within the hour. Patrick was on time, professional, and quick to assess the problem. Less than 10 minutes later the problem was solved and disaster was avoided. I was very pleased with the service we received. If something like this should happen again in the future, my first call

I called Keith The Plumber based on local neighborhood reviews. Dennis was very intuitive and listened. He went the extra step to ensure all my plumbing needs were taken care of and that I understood what was going on with my controlled pressure coming from the main water supply plus how it effects my entire house. I did not need a new h2o tank yet, my expansion tank was not working. Plus my leaking faucets got new interior stems and are working like new! Great experience and will refer Keith The Plumber in Dunnavant Valley as well as metro Bham and Shelby County.

I am so impressed with this company. I had a significant leak. Another plumber had given me a quote over the phone for finding the leak that I could not possibly have afforded. I found Keith the Plumber on a Google search and gave them a call. Wes answered my call and told me that they were booked up for the day; they'd come the next day, but they'd put me on a call list in case they finished early. And, they did.
