Kevin put up a subway tile backsplash in our kitchen. He was amazing to work with, knowledgeable, super friendly, on time, and completed it in the amount of time promised! I couldn't have asked for a better experience or better outcome. We are in love with our new backsplash! Mike was also great to work with to get the project set up and managed to squeeze us in only a week after I called initially. Highly recommend!

We were referred to Frederick Tile by a contractor doing other work for us because we found our 2nd floor tile shower was leaking. We found them to be very responsive and very willing to discuss options for fixing the problem. They did the work promptly and expertly - it looks better than before. I'd highly recommend Frederick Tile.

Ok so I went to Frederick Tile for my shower stall which initially needed the entire shower re tiled. Then it turned out that I only needed a couple of boxes out of 7 boxes of tile.
The contractor told me it shouldn't be a problem returning the 5 unopened boxes.
I was told they can't except the said boxes as they had to order the tile?
The contractor was shocked saying he had never heard of this!
Never again ever will I use this company.

Went here to inquire into what ceramic tile options were available. Wasn't impressed whatsoever with the lack-luster salesmanship. Or, should I say... it is more accurately put as an epic fail on their behalf to address the consumer's needs.
If you already know what you're doing... and know exactly what products are available and have decided what you want... then you'll be fine. It appears that Frederick Tile is just not that interested in helping you determine any of these things. They're just there... ready to take your order... and your money.
