I had my carpet cleaned by Chris. He was very engaging as well as knowledgeable about his business, the process and products used.
Chris explained the cleaning and also expectations of the outcome considering the stains that were present.
The outcome is that my carpet is beautiful, clean and stain free! I’m almost hesitant to move my furniture back it’s so nice to look at.

We were very pleased with the service we received...timely, efficient and thorough. In addition, extra steps were taken, like putting some furniture on styrofoam blocks. All our questions were answered and welcome advise was given. I plan to use them again and will refer them to others. The carpet looks great.

Very pleased with the service twice now. They called ahead and checked if the could come early, and then stayed a bit late to let the fans run longer since we had an open house the next day. Very grateful for their genuine positivity and professionalism. Gave me great advice about what kinds of spot remover to avoid in order to protect my carpet even longer. Carpet MD will always have my business in the Hillsboro area.

Carpet MD was recommended to us for a move-in carpet clean, and we are so glad we called. They were able to squeeze us in within our timeline and cleaned our carpets, top to bottom! Not only were they able to clean our carpets completely, but were also able to fix a few areas that were very loose (carpet had started to pile up).
