UBU delivered! The staff guided me through options of texture as well as color and durability. I couldn't have chosen such a well-suited rug with out them.

The quality is far superior compared to what you would find in most chain stores. We also purchased tables for our family room as well as a buffet table for our dining room about 8 years ago and they still look like brand new.

Pat Lewis is AMAZING! She came to our home for a design consultation and I immediately knew she was going to be invaluable to help us create a living room we would love. She provided us with many options to consider and some of them I never would have come up with on my own. And it is those options that I loved the most! She is a true gem and knows her stuff! The living room project was just the beginning as we have continued to do several other rooms in our house because the living room experience was so positive. My wife and I needed to furnish an entire apartment. We looked at a few furniture stores, and liked the style we saw at UBU. Much more than that, Pat, the sales associate with whom we worked, has a design background from Kendall School of Design. She did a marvelous job at both designing the entire suite of rooms we had, and working with us to match our likes with a consistent look style across the entire apartment. We were very happy! Walked in there to buy a whole new living room set and told the woman at the desk that due to my asthma legally I don't have to wear a mask ...she told me ok .....after shopping for a bit we noticed we were being ignored by salespeople. but when a nice, well dressed, richer looking woman walked in they rushed to help her ....we after some time of sitting on a couch were addressed by a manager just sitting at her personal laptop to say i must place a mask on....when i explained to her the law means as a asthmatic, i don't have to wear a mask she laughed in my face and stated that she required it

We have worked with Laura Prince each time and she is attentive to our needs and style of living. She is very creative, has great style, and is detail oriented. The employees at UBU are the best! After we wandered for a bit they came over and asked if we had questions and then left us alone - I hate it when employees breathe down your neck the whole time. When we did finally have a question they were very helpful and friendly, and later when we had a small issue with one of our new coffee tables they went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed. This will be my first stop the next time I need furniture.

I am sooo happy with the customer service I received from this business. I was looking for a Amy Butler Rug 13211 and they had a great deal. I was leery that I had to call for pricing and thought it would be much more expensive than what I had seen in my search. I got a great deal. Danielle was awesome. I completed the transaction late in the day (after 5pm) on Friday 11/7, they shipped 11/10 and I received the rug on 11/12 via UPS. It was well packaged.
