I have used Tri-Care multiple times every plumber that has been out has been pleasant and respectful. From the office scheduling and the plumbers that come out everyone is so willing to help. Their prices are very fair. Their service is top notch and I would highly recommend them.

Hire this company to save my life! I originally was seeking information to better educate my self on my options for water heater opinions and instead he talks down about his competition and feels he is the only one in the industry who is the best.
He spoke down to me, disrespected me and then attacked me verbally…. This is not a business owner I’d want to deal with.

We used this plumbing company several years ago, recommended by Marc Simmons your buddy. We just discovered termites inside the walls of our bathroom and they are the reason why they are there. They busted through our floor and replaced a pipe. They did not do it correctly and now we are having to pay a termite company to treat our home. We fired them initially because everything they did showed their incompetency, and now this. I don't even need to get into the unprofessional, inappropriate interactions these men will have towards any female they encounter as well. Saying they don't know what

This post will be long. I was having an issue with my hot water heater since December. I had no hot water. I contacted Whirlpool for assistance and they referred me to Tricare. I called them and they came the very next day. Since my hot water heater was still under warranty, he changed all the parts that had eroded and I just had to pay for his services. Initially, the interaction was wonderful.
A few days later, I had the same issue, no hot water. So, I called Tricare back. They came back to assess, they told me I may have a leak under the sink and that I needed to have a leak inspector come

He was kind, attentive, wore his mask correctly the entire time. Respected my home. Flooring service claimed I had a water line leak and bad valve on recently updated plumbing. He checked all over and couldn't find any signs of water or damage. He said he didn't want to waste my time or money looking for something that he should be able to see easily considering the path of the water line. He confirmed my water line was newer, copper and in great shape. He re-set my toilet into place after the floors were laid and did a great job. He grouted it beautifully and cleaned up after himself and the mess
