Can't say enough about Charlie's skills and professionalism. I had an old mortise lock that I inadvertently locked and couldn't unlock. Charlie resolved the issue, installed a separate dead bolt and matched it to the house key. Reach out to Charlie!

After reading the.excellent reviews here I called Charlie Dill two nights ago to ask if he might be able to repair our very unusual & somewhat complicated door locking system. I'd opened our French doors after which the locks wouldn't lock. Promptly, the next day 5/11/21 he arrived and soon realized that the locking system was fine but the door alignment was off so the locks couldn't slip into place. I thought he was going to refer me to a Carpenter but instead he got out his tools and in 15 minutes made the necessary alteration and now my locks work perfectly! I was really amazed by his knowledge

Charlie was amazing. He came out quickly and we had a lot of keyless locks that needed to be installed or fixed mostly on old doors that weren't even - making for a challenging job. He installed new ones masterfully and fixed problems I just couldn't work out on my own. He was professional and courteous to the end - and it was a long day... Highly recommend!
