I went to several locations looking for a key that would pair to my car, none of them had even one with or without a remote. I stopped here, they immediately was helped AND they had the proper key, with remotes in stock for my car, too. I got four new keys, two with remotes and I am very satisfied. I told Joe, the wonderful locksmith who helped me, I always lock my keys in my car and I was originally so excited because my new car had the pin that you put in on the door. However, the pin I was given to unlock my doors didn’t work. I assumed maybe it was broken and didn’t think anything else

I went to Joe this morning about my key for my 2010 Nissan Altima. I thought I needed a new key and didn't realize the battery was put in wrong. Lol! They were responsive, listened to our problem with car, came out to where we were stuck, our cars key fob was broken, so car wouldn’t start and alarm kept going off, all the windows and sunroof were open. And it was raining, couldn’t close them because key fob wouldn’t start car!! He was amazing, brought with him a computer that reprogrammed our Jaguar XF, then gave us a brand new key fob. Problem solved in about 10 minutes, the best locksmith around. Would recommend him 💯.Courteous and friendly. The best!

Went to 4 different places to make a copy of a scooter key for work, none of them had what I needed. Went to Home Depot and this guy named Bill told me about Dash Lock and Key. I go there and am amazed at the cleanliness and amount of keys this store has. Had exactly what I needed and the amount. Also was able to get my keys stamped too so I know what is what. Fair pricing on the keys, great customer service. This place is great and will be going there for ALL my lock and key needs!

After losing my one and only key I call Dash Lock & Key. They dispatched AJ was absolutely awesome. He handled my car with tremendous care. He was able to program the key right there in the parking lot. On top of it he cut the actual physical key in his van both of which work to perfection. Half hour later I was back on the road without having to tow my car to the dealership. I would recommend Dash Lock & Key and AJ for their excellent service. Thanks again from Shannon.

After several, and I mean SEVERAL attempts to contact my local (three blocks away) locksmith, I decided to call Dash Lock and Key. I called today to have a lock changed on my building. Erin answered the phone, was sweet as pecan pie, and had a locksmith (Melissa) to me within an hour. Melissa showed up on time, had exactly everything needed to change the lock, and was out of here in under a half hour. Professionalism to the highest degree in all aspects of service and business. Really a top notch establishment and will recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith. I’d give more starts if Google

They were very friendly and helpful when I got a bit lost finding the building. The young lady was very courteous and efficient, and the wait wasn't too long for the service provided. The price for the duplicate electronic key for my older car was much more reasonable than the dealer's. I happily recommend and would use Dash's services again!

Went to this location to have 2 new keys made for a VW Jetta. After many attempts the keys do not work and lost Cruze control on the car. VW dealer now says a module will need to be replaced. Stay away from this place if you want a key programmed for your foreign car. Pay the dealer price and avoid expensive repair to your car

A big shout out to Joe for helping us out of a predicament. Our car key failed to engage the engine of our car so we arranged for a AAA tow to Dash Lock and Key. I called Joe to tell him to expect our car being dropped off by AAA and he talked us through reprogramming it in the ignition. It worked and the car started. Tow cancelled and we drove to Dash Lock and Key where we had Joe cut two new spare keys for us. His customer service was par excellence!!

Definitely a place I will come back to for any future locksmith needs! Fair, honest and competent...this is the place to go if you need spare keys for your car or house. Don't waste your time with the dealers, I needed a replacement key for my 2006 Acura and he had the right key, quickly cut and programmed it and it works like a champ for a fraction of the dealer cost and a lot more confidence than any key I'd get from China on Amazon. Family owned and run - buy LOCAL!

These guys are top notch. Lost keys while kayaking to my truck and camper shell. Luckily had a spare for truck so was able to drive to their office. They unlocked my camper shell, made new replacement key for camper shell, and spare for my truck all in less than 15 minutes. Unreal service. Very professional. Gave me a quote over the phone even though I didn't ask for one. I would highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the service we received from the folks at Dash. I called Dash in advance to schedule a visit to change locks after our tenant moved out. The gentleman was so honest and said to just unscrew the barrel and bring in the keys for $25 a piece vs a $125 service call. Not being handy, we opted for the service call anyway. Luckily the tech arrived promptly during the first few minutes of the two hour window we were given, bc our tenant skipped out and we forgot to bring our spare set of keys. AJ was great. He got us into the house and changed all locks. We paid over $300 but
