From the very first conversation with this company, both my husband and I have been very pleased. My wife and I had never looked into building a new home before, but Community Home Builders made the process simple and never made us feel pressured into making the decision to build. They always were willing to answer all of our questions and helped us figure out parts of the process we did not understand so far in this process. The build has not started as of yet, I will update this review if need be. However, everything we have seen so far has told us we made a great decision choosing CHB to build our future home and we could not be more excited!

A big Thank You to Community Home Builders. We've been in our new home for almost 2 months and couldn't be happier. The entire process, while not without a few normal glitches, was all in all a great experience. If you've ever built a home, you know what I mean! We picked our lot in St. Joe, chose our home layout plan and they even had a design meeting where we could choose our own finishes. A lot of these finishes were what other builders we talked with had as upgrades at an extra cost. Community Homes Builders has them as standard. Nice! Our project manager was wonderful and very professional

I'm a US Army disabled Veteran, I got in contact with this guy through one of the realtor n worked to build a small house for myself, he keep postponing the finish date of the house( did it 4 times). Last time when he pushed the finishing date I asked him I cannot wait anymore n I need a house as my apartment lease was over, I bought all the furniture n appliances n had nowhere to put them as he was keep delaying the finish up date.
