I called concerning a tub needing to be snaked because it was draining extremely slow. The phone call was professional and the owner told me his son would reach out to me to schedule a time and date to come out. Within 20 minutes the son called and was about to come within the hour. I called All Star Plumbing to help bring the plumbing system in my new house up to city code. I couldn't be happier with All Star Plumbing. They were able to help me out in a crunch at a very competitive price point. Service was exemplary. I have had some serious issues finding good plumbers... but this crew I called in the morning - just happened to be in the neighborhood and was able to provide a quote - pick up new water heater, and install all in the same day. The water heater at my rental property failed and my tenants woke up to cold water and water pouring from the tank. They came and fixed my plumbing, which they over priced me for, and while fixing my plumbing i asked how much will it cost to move my hot water tank 3 feet they told me 1600$, so i called to get another estimate, another contractor came out and moved the damn thing for 500$, i would not recommended this place to anyone.

These gentlemen came to my rescue in the blizzard we had this spring. After fiddling with my toilet for 3 days, I still couldn't figure out where a leak was coming from. Originally, I was told that they may not have someone come out today but hearing I needed help, the owner sent his son right over. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem, he gave me advice on other issues as well. Great guys.

My wife called from the shower in our basement bathroom this morning, "the water isn't going down!"
I checked the breaker for our ejector pump and found no problem there.
I began searching for a plumber. I found All Star Plumbing and Sewer.
I called them around 6:30 a.m.

It took over two hours but we resolved several problems that have been bugging me for years in this vintage apartment.
1. They were able to come right away on a Saturday!
2. They unclogged a completely clogged kitchen sink and replaced a rotting drain.
3. Determined that garbage disposal and ancient plumbing do not mix, advised we not use it.
4. Cleaned trap in bathroom sink that is slow to drain.
5. Identified hole in hose for dishwasher drain (need to schedule that repair).
6. Identified problem with low pressure in hot water supply in the other bathroom sink; need to shut off building water

I called and left a message because our sump pump kept going out. Bill called me back within the hour and we arranged a time for him to come out and take a look. He was very accommodating and replaced the pump on our schedule. The work was done quickly and cleanly(which I really appreciated). Will keep his number for any future plumbing work.

We had all the faucets set to fast drip...except for the kitchen sink, which is right against the outside wall. So, no running water in the kitch this morning. Hey, we got these space heaters! One under the sink, one in the basement, what could possibly go wrong?

Hey, the faucet is starting to drip just a bit! Hooray! But, what's that strange sound coming from the basement?

Why, it's the Bellagio fountains! Beautiful! Hot steamy water just pouring down the wall. Picturesque in its own horribly messy

I had an issue with my sump pump and called Allstar plumbing. We talked with Bill and set an appointment for that same day. Bill and Vince arrived right on time. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem. After some repiping to solve the problem, my sump pump was back up and running like new. And the best part is no cleaning up after on my part. The price was very affordable compared to other plumbing companies I called. Thank you Bill and Vince!!! Would highly recommend them!!

I had a clogged sink and bath tub. I called them for a free estimate and Bill showed up at my door within 45 minutes. He gave me an affordable estimate and within 30 minutes my sink and tub were back to running like new. I highly recommend this company and will call them in the future for all my plumbing needs
