Rachel and Lee are a husband and wife team that have carved out a fantastic niche in the Philadelphia area's design market. As the owner of Able Plumbing Supply in Philadelphia, Lee heard the needs of his loyal customer base looking to send their clients to a showroom with excellent service. A few short months after their twins turned 2, he told Rachel he was ready to open a showroom and she was the only one he trusted to do this with.

From the moment we walked in the door we were very impressed with Flow. The store is large, clean and superbly merchandised. The staff, led by Rachel, was absolutely the best. My wife and I were under some time pressure to find all the plumbing fixtures for our remodel. Rachel personally worked with us in a way that was really a joy. This place is awesome! The showroom is gorgeous. They have a great selection of really nice, high quality stuff that you can't find anywhere in the area.
The owner was amazing. She helped me through a difficult, time-constrained, kitchen-and-bath project (during the COVID-19 pandemic) and her expertise and demeanor were calming and reassuring throughout the process. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful; a true professional.

Working with Flow Kitchen & Bath Design Studio is an absolute pleasure, and this showroom is definitely worth the trip! Rachel took a really bad experience of a series of unfortunate events (with a misplaced order that a designer we used placed) and made it a bit better through pretty good customer service. The faucets are beautiful and really nice quality, which we really desired for the master. That said, they were a bit overpriced. We are hoping the bath redo will really be reflected in our home appraisal this week. We had 5 other baths to redo, and used amazon, overstock and wayfair. We are just as satisfied with the quality of those faucets. The designers mistake resulted in ~16 week delay and losses due to
