I’ve been buying Jeeps at Franklin Sussex Auto Mall since the mid 1990’s because they have always been there for me with good deals not requiring counter offers when I had pre-scanned competitors first.
On the few occasions where I had damaged due to a car hitting my side view mirror while I was parked and couldn’t get a replacement local to that location, they had me come in and.took care of me past closing to get me back on the road in one piece the same day.

My wife got a few oil changes and tire rotations from them on her 2019 jeep Cherokee. Come to find out they were charging us for the rotation but definitely we’re not rotating the tires, I had marked the tires!!! Do not go there. They scamming people. Find yourself a trusted mechanic!!! Will never go back there!
