I was very happy & satisfied. From the moment I arrived there was no pressure, didn't feel rushed. I wasn't sure how the SUV worked & they allowed the machanic take us for a test drive & he explained us in detail. My bank gave me such a hard time to make the payment & Gabriel was able to work with me till we closed the deal.

I spent the entire day looking at different used car locations and this place was so refreshing in comparison. No pressure was made to buy a car and prices are upfront and not a negotiation like the other dealerships I went to. Plenty of great cars at affordable prices. When looking for another used car my family will definitely look into coming back.

Our second experience here was smooth and easy just as the first one. We called Gabe to give him our description of the car we need and he welcomed us the very next day to come and see a car. In there, my father wanted to see not just one car but he checked about 6-7 cars and Adel who was helping us then was very patient, welcoming and comfortable talking with. Paper work was done easily. I had an amazing experience at Prime Auto imports Gaby is very knowledgeable, patient, and has the best personality. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the Mercedes E350 and his enthusiasm. Gaby helped me purchase the vehicle and get everything processed so quickly. Gabe made the car - buying experience absolutely smooth and worry-free. I was surprised at the level of transparency and honesty that was offered here, they clearly prioritize customer service without giving you any hassles or hustles. Gabe is a funny, personable guy, at times I didn't feel like I was at a used car lot.

Gabe was a very friendly, nice gentleman. Listen, buying a used car is not always a win, win. You can't garuntee the previous owner took care of it so some issues may chine after driving it a few miles. Unfortunately, I discovered a problem with my brothers car he bought from Gabe. Luckily, after talking with Gabe he was generous and kind enough to have his mechanic check it out and fix the issue free of charge. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I want to recommend this dealership to everyone. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy.
