I couldn’t be more pleased with my moving experience. I called about 6 places for quotes, and they were by far the best priced. They were also the most professional/friendly on the phone. Very professional from beginning to end and happily answered all of my questions. The 3 guy crew promptly showed up at the scheduled time- actually a little early. The guys were great.. fast and efficient. All of my items made it to the new house in the same condition it left. This took such a weight off my shoulders!!! I could not recommend these guys more highly!! From the first phone call to finishing bringing things to my new place they were professional, efficient and friendly. I had never hired movers before, and after calling movers from Lowell to Boston, I’m so happy with my choice using Falardeau & Sons.

I spoke with Leo a few weeks back. He was very nice and I was looking forward to working with him. I booked a move for a Sunday. He told me that he’d contact me to set up a time about a week before to look at my stuff and give me an accurate estimate. I never heard from him. I texted and called him four days in a row without any response. I ended up having to find another mover three days before.

Leo was very professional and prompt with information needed for my move. His foreman Jay saved the day when we had a difficult situation getting a large piece of furniture up to second floor. Him and his crew worked so hard during hot & humid conditions in late August. I definitely picked the right mover for sure! Thank you for everything!
