They came out said my motor may need to be replaced but do not do warranty work so they will not give me a part number to ge the part and they will not install a part directly from maytag. They charged me 85.00 to say something might need to be replaced. Giant rip off. Thanks for nothing. Washer still broke. Yes they told me the motor is under warranty because it has a big sticker on the top saying that! You weren't doing me any favors. Collects money, washer still broke. Need another company to correctly diagnose.

The services that were provided was excellent, he came out to hook up my refrigerator and ice maker, I had no clue what I needed to do. Anthony was extremely helpful, informative and answered all questions. He showed me how change my filters and showed me where I needed to look. Great guy, he actually arrived on time, and so very cautious of my home. Can't wait to have him back for my next appliance need.

Super nice staff. The scheduler communicated really well, even called to offer an earlier time since they had a cancellation. The tech/owner was really nice and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He was right in time. He was honest and told me the smartest way to get the problem resolved, and get this, it didn't involve spending more money with him. I will call again with any appliance problem.

We are so happy to have found our new, go-to business for our unfortunate misfortunes. Our refrigerator conked out last night, and I called them in the morning. They were at our house within an hour (probably would have been sooner if it didn't take me a half an hour to get home from work).
Very friendly, and explained everything to me as he was working. Got us up and running in no time. No pressure, no BS....just a true family business right out of the 60's.

Dan came out and diagnosed the trouble I had with my fridge and electric dryer. He was able to immediately make the repairs on the dryer and ordered the part for the fridge. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. The dryer runs as good as new at a fraction of the cost to replace it. I'm a very satisfied customer and will use All Brand again in the future.
