Cook off any food residue on the cooking grids using high heat for about 15 minutes. Briquettes can be cleaned by removing them, placing them upside-down on the mounting points, and running the grill on high for about 20 minutes. Use a copper grill brush to scrub off remaining food particles. For difficult cleaning, place the grates in a large tub of water containing 1 to 2 capfuls of ammonia.

My refrigerator wasn't working properly. It needed 2 new parts. When the tech came over my estimate was $175. I approved it. Came back later, only 2 install one new part, cross the other part out on work order and charged me $196. Now my refrigerator is still in the same condition as when I called the first time. I called them back, told them it's not working. Now they want to charge me for the other part AND MORE LABOR. I should have NOT have to pay for the same labor that this part should've been installed the first time. They double dip with labor. The lady who answers the phone will hang up
