Our washing machine went belly up on a Thursday, full of clothes! We found Milton’s/Pursel’s thru Angie’s List that same day and called them. They came out the next day, found and fixed the problem that day! Their prices were very fair and the tech was knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend them.

Thank you Tom! I had a minor problem with an appliance that another company came out to fix. However, when they got there, they told me they didn't have the time to troubleshoot the problem and just basically blew me off. I called Tom and he was easy to schedule and committed to fixing the problem. He was very honest as well, something that's important when you're not there to personally address the problem. If you ever need a reliable, professional, courteous gentleman to service any home appliance...please contact Tom Milton. At the spur of a moment, getting ready for a vacation, the washer decided to quit !! Tom was highly recommended to me & I gave him a call early in the morning. He stated that he would try to get here on the same day, if not the 1st thing tomorrow. He arrived, after phoning us 1st and was here by mid-afternoon!! He was so courteous & fixed the problem. VERY VERY VERY RUDE and UNRELIABLE.
I had an apt set for Today ( January 8, 2016 ). I took the day off of work to make this apt. At 9:10 am, today, I received a phone call from the owner telling me that my address comes up as another area on his GPS. I tried to explain to him that we are in fact the area that I told him when I booked this appointment. He said it is 5 miles out of his way and too far. I tried again and he VERY Abruptly said Have a nice day and than hung the phone up. I would never recommend, I would sooner buy a new appliance than deal with someone so ignorant. By the way according
