Don't use this contractor. I hired Shane for a renovation and everything his crew worked has since had to be re-done. The hot water heater was installed incorrectly -- Intake air pulled from the basement and was vented to an old boiler vent. Shane "finished" about 30% of the job and never came back. This guy is a crook and will endanger you and your family!!!

I needed extensive drywall repairs and some new tiles installed in my bathroom shower. Hannegan Construction showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job in an efficient manner. They thoroughly cleaned up their work area and did an excellent job on both the drywall and the tile. I felt that I got great value for what I paid and would definitely use them again for household repairs.
