I called to ask about service for an ongoing problem with my garage door. I spoke to John and explained the issue. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it without even needing to come by. It worked like a charm. I was so surprised by John's knowledge and honesty. I will definitely use him if/when I need him again and will recommend him highly!

John saved me a $90 service fee by fixing what was wrong with my door right over the phone; didn't charge me anything. He gets it right. if I'm not happy with something or I have a problem, I can just ask and he's right on it. Answers questions clearly and seems to be really into Garage Doors. Thanks John! John from Threshold Door Services was able to make a trip to my home within three (3) days of my initial call to provide a free estimate. He's a professional who knows what he's doing, and he presented me with the options to either have my garage door repaired, or completely replaced with no pressure to go in either direction.
I ended up deciding to have the entire door replaced and I don't regret it one bit. I made the decision immediately and John phoned in the order to the distributor on speakerphone right in front of me right on the spot. John wanted to check if the model I needed was in stock

John was excellent! Showed up on time, the quote given was the final price (no hidden fees). He wasn’t pushy at all. Reassured us about the warranty and gave his info if we had any questions in the future. He cleaned up after himself and it was the easiest process ever. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
