We would be absolutely lost without Terrance from Arbor Breeze! We moved into a new home this spring and it required a lot of love to update it after 30 years of ramshackle repairs. Terrance has had our back on so many occasions already, to explain what we bought and get us back onto power or with AC as we worked through a bunch of repairs and replacements, while being really busy and dealing with all the shortages going on.

Water Heater rusted out and leaked everywhere. Arbor Breeze was so busy that they came after hours to check out my problem. They were able to inspect, remove, and install a hot water heater for me in under 48hours. Job was done in around 3 hours after their arrival time. I couldnt be more grateful for their professionalism and service. I don't want to post their price on here - but they were very reasonable for everything they did. Thank you all so much.

What a wonderful company. I live in a second floor condo and the AC unit is tucked away in a little room off the patio. Some companies straight up refused to service my condo because the unit is too difficult to get into and removing the AC would be very difficult. Arbor Breeze not only said they'd do it, but Terrance, the tech they sent out, is a total trooper (and his assistant Matt): the install was slated for five or six hours but because the unit here is such an absolute pain, it actually took them way longer...during a very hot day...stuck out on a heat-trapping patio.

Arbor Breeze was absolutely AMAZING! Our AC went our and they were able to schedule us for a total new unit installation within a week. Terrance was great and walked us through everything once he completed the work. We also had our furnace replaced (both AC & furnace were 20 years old) and everything went flawlessly.
Kaitlyn was also extremely helpful. She was very responsive to all our questions and we always got quick responses. She took care of registering our units and our rebate paperwork for DTE.
I would highly recommend using Arbor Breeze!

I had been putting off routine maintenance and had a small leak from the humidifier system. They were able to fit me in quickly and scheduling was easy. Terrance was great as well - was on time, had on a mask and shoe covers, worked efficiently, and explained everything he did when he was done. All at a great price.

Everyone at Arbor Breeze was very professional and gave great customer service. The scheduling process was easy. Terrence worked very hard to replace our hot water heater including dealing with a couple of unexpected challenges and did a wonderful job. We won’t hesitate to utilize them again if in need and to recommend them.

Terrance at Arbor Breeze is expert at HVAC and in communicating with everyone involved in getting the repairs made: us, the homeowners, about what needed repairing, and representatives of the home warranty company. We plan to ask him back for a furnace inspection/tune-up before winter. Also, the dispatch at Arbor Breeze was helpful and a good communicator, reaching Terrance when I was running late to meet him at my house.

Let me tell you my tale of woe...my water heater sprung a leak, and naturally, I went to Yelp to find someone who could not only replace one, but two water heaters (house used to be a rental) and sort out the plumbing that went along with it. I called Arbor Breeze on a Monday. I was instantly faced with a strange phone tree maze- and none of the selections seemed to fit my situation. Finally got through to a woman with a very odd accent (Philippino? not sure) who seemed sympathetic, but the first thing she stated was that an estimate 'would cost $79.' I asked her if that would be reimbursed

I have had them come out to my house twice. Both times the service man was very professional and did a great job. Even showed me a few things I had not thought of.
I think the prices are reasonable, but don't have much experience to compare it to.
They are my go-to now for HVAC. I think my neighbors are using them also.
