After 10:00 PM Weekdays, 5:00 PM Weekends & Holidays: $202.50 - minimum 1.5 Hour OT Service Call ($135 per hour) Every Additional Half Hour is at $67.50. Payne and Goodman ENERGY STAR qualified A/C units easily exceeds many new models as well as the A/C you may be replacing. We feature Lochinvar's Energy Saver residential gas models are available in 30, 40, and 50 gallon capacities in short and tall configurations.

Tom installed new coils on my existing furnace, new lines, and a new condenser unit outside. He took measurements a few days before, and on the day of install he was ready with all the custom duct work he needed. Tom was very courteous and professional and got the job done very quickly for the price quoted. The job at the end looked cleaner and more professional than HVAC work I've gotten done by big HVAC companies. The install was completed 18 months ago with no problems so far. TNT Heating and Cooling just installed a new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier in my condo in Northville, Michigan. Tom Pierz is the ultimate professional. He was able to deal with my very picky Home Owner’s Association’s rules and regulations procedures where I live. His work also passed Northville Township‘s stringent regulations with flying colors.
