Called them this morning had someone come put within about 2 hrs. He explained and answered all questions and concerns. Wonderful crew would recommend to others and will definitely keep them on standby for future use.

I've been waiting to do this post this company is fair and honest I had Consumers Energy to send out some third-party contractors they tried to scare me and telling me my furnace no good that the heat exchange was totally wrecked I seen this type of behavior before D&G get to me the same day company was taking care of some other appointments but they fit me in I told him my experience with the third-party contractors that Consumers Energy sent out so I couldn't get them the same day family so the care package through Consumers Energy one of their third-party contractors come out and he used good

Thanks D&G Heating and Cooling for your Integrity, timely and Great Work!! We bought a new air conditioner 2 years ago from them and they did a great job. This year it stopped cooling and found out the evaporator coil got a small leak. Part was under warranty but labor wasn't. D&G completed the repair at no cost to me since i was just a little outside the labor warranty. They've earned a customer for life!!

Called this morning expecting to have to schedule out a week or more… they were able to add me to today’s schedule, and got there within 30 minutes of my call!!! The service man was polite, and knew his stuff. Will definitely add to my phone and use for all future needs!!!!

My AC wasn’t working and I had service technician come out 1 day after I called. He figured out the problem and explained thoroughly what was wrong. I had it repaired and the price was fair. The technician was professional and courteous! I will definitely use D & G again in the future!

My husband and I noticed that our AC wasn't cooling the house today so I looked up an HVAC company to have them come out and see what the issue is and hopefully fix it. Not only was he going to get here tomorrow (they are about to be closed) but when he asked what the issue was he walked me through checking the fuse box and sure enough that is what the problem was. It is so nice to have a company that is willing to help you check on something when they could have come out and charged me to do the exact same thing. When our AC needs fixing or anyone needs a recommendation we will definitely use

Needed water heater installed. Received same day service (Monday). Everyone involved were top notch. Technicians were efficient & professional. Also personable . I am so impressed I'm going to use D&G to replace our furnace and A/C. I don't think you csn do better than this company. Highly recommend.

Our super old furnace was showing its age, so we may a call to D & G per other's recommendations. We are very happy with our decision to call. The tech, Brandon, diagnosed and fixed the problem for us while also laying out the warning signs to look for in the future. Great customer service and great work. Our furnace runs better than we've ever experienced it before.
