I had a humidifier and 2 air purifiers installed. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. They answered all my questions and ones I hadn't even asked. Pricing was very reasonable on the items I had installed. Adam and Zack were great and very professional. Maintenance program is very reasonably priced, I signed up. Looking forward to seeing them every 6 months

Pleasure working with Dominion Service. Would recommend to everyone. We had a humidifier installed in our furnace and the install was seem less and painless. Zac was the installer on the job. He was very knowledgeable and hardworking from the moment he stepped in our home. Upon installation of the humidifier, he not only took me through the entire installation, but he showed me how to operate/ maintain the unit. He also took me through general maintenance of the entire program of the furnace/ ac unit and the things that I need to do on an annual basis for upkeep. Many thanks to Zac and the team

Adam was very knowledgeable and explained my options very well. I was easily scheduled within a couple weeks. The team sent were respectful of my property and worked quickly and efficiently (it was 90°+) that day. The communication with Adam and Lisa was excellent and I felt very comfortable making such a big purchase. Highly *HIGHLY* recommend.

I had purchased a smart thermostat and needed it installed. I called a few other companies first, got the runaround regarding cost. Dominion gave an upfront cost, which was very reasonable. They also offered next day service. When the technician (Cameron) arrived, at the scheduled time, he was both courteous, professional, and pleasant to deal with.. He got the unit installed and commissioned quickly, even though both the house and furnace are older and non-standard.
Dominion will definitely be my go to service provider for any future HVAC needs, I highly recommend them.

Cameron just left my house for a furnace tune up. He did a thorough inspection, brought some issues to my attention and offered some options and recommendations. My son's furnace was not working and not being from the area I called several furnace repair services in the area. Dominion called me back promptly and after speaking with Lisa, I decided to have Dominion check out the problem. They were able to schedule the visit at a time that worked for my son and arrived promptly. Cameron did the initial furnace check and after his inspection, he contacted me and gave me several options with costs and time frames. It was decided that a new furnace was needed and again they arrived on time and did a great job. Cameron called to make certain that we were happy

Dominion offers top notch service. We had Cameron out to look at our AC as it wasn’t cooling our house enough. He provided a few different options for us.
We opted to replace our AC & furnace since they were fairly old. Cameron & Adam we’re both great with communicating the install dates and a delay in one of the items we needed.
Brent and Zach called before they were headed to our house to give an ETA. They were on-time and very friendly. They explained everything they were going to be doing. It took 2 days to install everything and it looked great.

The guys were very professional and worked hard. The install looks very professional and they cleaned up when they were done. The experience from the beginning with the estimate from Adam was a pleasant experience. His estimate was very competitive and honored. The installers Zach and Brent were courteous and respectful. They checked the operations in the end and explained to us all our questions. They loaded up all old equipment from the basement making sure a cloth to protect the floors was in place. Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Adam and his crew installed our new garage heater and new hot water tank. I would highly recommend them. Adam and his crew were very professional and efficient through the entire process. In addition to the great service the price was very competitive. Adam and the dominion staff were also very good about wearing masks while they were in our house and very cautious with tracking in snow etc.. I can’t speak highly enough about Dominion. I would highly recommend them for your next project.
