I had several Window companies out to give me a quote on new windows with winter fast approaching. I called Compass and they set me up with an appointment immediately. Salesman Bill Porayko came out within 2 days of me calling. He was very professional and personable. After I received my quote it was a no brainer to use Bill and compass windows. His prices were by far better than any other company. Bill made the process a breeze to purchase my new windows. I had the windows installed and I am beyond happy with the quality of the windows. I had my entry door installed today and it looks fabulous!! I am so happy I went with my salesman's advice instead of my original idea. The salesman was so professional and knew his stuff! I didn't feel pressured. The door is beautiful. I will definitely be calling them when I am ready to do my patio doors and windows.

I had a wonderful experience with Compass from the initial quote to the installation. The whole experience was easy for me. I had a total of five windows installed in the day. The installation looks great, we are really happy with the final result. What stuck out with me most was how the installer continually cleaned as they went. Tearing out a window is messy task, but they kept my home clean from the process.

Overpriced and not a quality product. We had a new patio door put in and are already experiencing condensation on the window. We are disappointed with the quality of the door as it is not easy to close/open. The install team was also not the most friendly nor polite, especially in comparing with the at least four contractors we have worked with in the last few months. Do yourself a favor, shop around and find a better quality product as well as price.

I previously used another company to do my windows in the back of my house. However, I wanted something that looked nicer in the front and would give my house more of a pop. I spoke to Rob and we discussed the window and process of install. Rob assured me that he would install the windows as soon as possible and that he was taking as many measures to combat the delays caused by covid as possible. I had not only standard windows to install but custom shaped eye brow windows which i knew can be a pain to replace. He started and finished install within the projected time. Had full windows on the back of my home replaced along with a large sliding patio door and new storm door on the front door. Once the windows came in Jim at Compass scheduled installation for the following week. The installers were here on time and were awesome, they knocked everything out in 1.5 days and left everything just as they found it. Put blinds back up, cleaned up, everything. They did a great job, materials and workmanship are top notch. I will definitely use Compass again if needed in the future and I will certainly recommend their services.

Compass Window & Door is definitely the 1st company you should contact for any window replacements you need done on your home! We just purchased our 1st home a month ago & knew the dated, non energy-efficient windows were the first major renovation we wanted to get done. Eric was very friendly & thorough in explaining our options when he came to do our estimate; we were confident the product we were getting was exactly what we were looking for. I called Compass to get an estimate on installation of additional insulation. Once we came to an agreement on a fair price, a few weeks did go by before I was called to setup a time for the install. Yes, this was aggravating; however, they (Jim) said they would make things right. I allowed a few weeks to go by before contacting them to see when resolution would be made. I got a hold of Rob who was to look into the matter but a week has past without any word which is why I have updated my original post.

All of they guys from start to finish were awesome. Prices were amazing,we were able to get all of our windows done and they have financing. Great customer service, same day as install owner followed up with us as well sales. Also kept us informed thru whole process. Complete removal and install only took 6 hours!!!
