Expensive and unnecessary charge. They told me to replace with a new water heater, but other plumbers are able to repair by replacing the gone elements, which cost only 1/5 of Demelo's quote. In addition to the service call fee, they also charged me the travel fee and not communicated with me beforehand. The reason I gave 2 stars is because techincian did show up on time. In all, I wouldn't recommend their services.

Had some central air issues in our new house, these guys were very responsive and did a great job. Didn’t sell me parts I didn’t need, explained in layman’s terms what was going on, and got me back up and running again. Highly recommend them!

We lost heat in our house after the first nor’easter we had. I called them Monday and they were out within a couple hours to check my heating system. Come to find out that the part had to be special ordered and would take a few days. They were back at my house promptly on Thursday morning. They were amazing and helped me out knowing that we were tight moneywise and have 3 small children. The work and how nice they were with helping us on such tight terms. I will definitely be giving them my business and telling others about them as well.

Replaced a HVAC forced air system in the summer pf 2012. Installation went flawlessly and has been running smoothly with no issues.
Still use them for occasional service and yearly maintenance. I called them this summer for damage from a pipe burst and they were quick to respond. The work was completed promptly at a fair price. They have covid protocols in place which was assuring.
Shout out to Ariana working the front office and the tech Chris. He arrived on time and did an exceptional job with attention to detail and pride in his work.

Quick response, professional, positive and quality work. Demelo has serviced and currently maintains our AC system as well as our heating system, including radiant floors, radiators, replacement of our hot water tank and several ancillary components. A+ Company! I reached out to Demelo this summer for an AC repair that ended up being a complete replacement. Arianna is the office manager, and she is absolutely amazing! She helped my family and I every step of the way and stayed in close communication. The first tech that came to check out the system was super nice and after testing out a few parts, he knew we needed a new unit. He made me feel assured that Demelo was the right choice for the job and let me tell ya, they were! My family now has an amazing GO TO company who we know won't let us down - even in the middle of the summer they made
