My AC suddenly and without warning stopped working and started to emit a funny smell. Eddie and Adair came out and installed a new air conditioning system in my home after an inspection of the previous one revealed extensive damage. We got three bids initially and Mass HVAC Heating and Cooling was not the cheapest but they were competitive. They came across as honest and professional so we chose them to do the work. Everything was done satisfactorily. Spending a few extra dollars for peace of mind is worth it in my book.

We were very pleased with our experience with Eddie. We had a new unit installed and the work was completed properly .The workers were polite and knew what they were doing.We had a few minor adjustments that had to be made but our phone calls were either taken care of over the phone or if needed someone would come out to fix problem.Job well done!

I had three companies come out and talk to me about my A/C needs. Adair personally came buy to check out my house. Sat down and gave me an HONEST assessment of my needs. I got options and the reasons for each option. When I selected him, a crew of 2 hard workers came over and installed my new unit FAST. I am now enjoying a >$100 per month savings in the summer.
