Have been going back and fourth with him for a couple weeks about coming to look at my door, finally got a date that he could come by, the day and time comes and he never shows. Called him couple hours later and was told he’d be there later that evening, never showed. I try and call now and my call is forwarded/blocked. Very unprofessional, if you’re to busy to take the job, just let the customer know up front and don’t lead them on for weeks. I am sure I’m not the biggest job but a little professionalism goes a long way.

I had Kerry come out to fix a water leak in my dining room window. He was very professional, timely and got the job done correctly. I had had 2 other window repair men that came out prior to Kerry and neither one could figure out how to stop the leak. They were caulking the outside of the window when he determined silicone sealer had to go in the hollow frames to keep it from leaking. Well, it worked. Thanks Kerry
