Services
Making a positive difference for those who require the specialized assistance we can offer is the mission of SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. Owners John A. & Kristina L. Greenway built our restoration company mindfully, choosing managers, office staff, and technicians who put people and their needs first.
Water damage never waits for a convenient time, and SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties structures its communication and response procedures to anticipate the needs of our customers, not traditional business hours. Our employees are onboard a fully-stocked green service vehicle, or fleet for a more extensive loss, within an hour of your first call, day or night.
When fire damages a business or home in one of the East Tennessee communities served by SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties the race is on. A fire event spreads toxic residues throughout your property, often chars building materials so severely that repair or replacement might be required, soils structural components and contents, and exposes a dwelling or commercial building to water damage because of fire fighting efforts.
Severe weather events in East Tennessee's Louden and Roane counties seem more frequent than ever before. Snow and ice storms in the colder months are mirrored by flash floods other times of the year. High winds cause property damage that allows precipitation and ground flooding to intrude and damage homes and commercial buildings.
There's never a convenient time for fire or water damage to strike your business. Every hour spent cleaning up is an hour of lost revenue and productivity. So when an emergency situation arises in your business, give us a call and we'll be there fast with the help you need. The SERVPRO Commercial Large Loss Division is composed of our best of the best in restoration.

Servpro came in quickly after I had water damage in my home. They work efficiently and quickly to get the damages taken care of for me. They monitored their drying equipment daily, and always just a phone call away anytime I had a quick question. I worked with Alex, Bruce, and Scott mostly and all were amazing. I would highly recommend if you find yourself needing their services. Thanks Servpro of Roane and Loudon county!

We experienced water damage on two floors on a Sunday night as the result of a plumbing leak. I had heard good comments in the past about servpro and often saw their trucks in the area, so I contacted them immediately. Nick Lee was prompt in assessing the situation, and a crew arrived early Monday morning. Scott Russo was great to work with during the entire cleanup process in a very effective and efficient manner.

Satisfied with all work done. Manager/Supervisor was very nice and understable and the crews was all respectful. The only thing I wish would happen differently is the dry time. In my opinion, they could have took out the affected areas and replaced drywall, flooring, etc. on day 1 to dry exposed areas faster instead of taking 8 days of drying all together. Overall good experience.
