Out of sight cleaning always seems to go above and beyond customers needs. I hired for a move out deep clean and carpets for same day! The price was reasonable and the owners are amazing and easy to communicate with! I was met with Lindsey's team of five Sean, jessica, and 2 others and they were so nice... Sean did my carpets after the team quickly and efficiently cleaned my apartment andThe carpets turned out better then when I moved in!!

We had Out of Sight Cleaning come out to our home and they did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets. There was plenty of evidence we have 3 kids at home, plenty of family and friends dropping by, along with a couple of dogs and cats. Out of Sight was fantastic at bringing our carpets back to life and the technician went above and beyond our expectations. They are such a pleasure to work with. Don't give having Out of Sight out to your home or office a second thought. They deliver.

I couldn't ask for better than Out of Sight Cleaning. Their Green team left me speechless! I really hate cleaning, especially cause I have four dogs and 2 little ones running around but OOS came in, they were quick and efficient and they worked very professionally as a team. I haven't seen my kitchen shine like this in a long time! It feels so nice to come home from work and someone has taken care of everything with cleaning. I don't think there was one crumb or speck left behind thank you guys so much!!!

Probably the worst carpet cleaning service I've ever had. When my renters moved out they hired Out of Sight Cleaning to do a move out carpet cleaning. After the cleaning, I noticed that the rug was still completely covered with dog fur and smelled horrible. When I asked the technician why he hadn't vacuumed or if he could vacuum, his response was "sorry I don't have a vacuum". i'm now having to hire another company to come out to re-clean the carpet. Honestly I would give these people zero stars if there was the option.

I was very dissatisfied with the service. This cleaning was for a commercial office building. First of all they did not clean all of the surfaces. I had to clean after they left. Just wiping down the backsplashes took several wet paper towel because it was filthy, I wish I could post pictures! . It had obviously not been touched. The stuff that was in the freezer, which I asked them to leave or put back in there was sitting next to the freezer in a very soggy, heavy cardboard box. All of the furniture was moved and not placed back, it

I hired Out of Sight to clean the carpets of a commercial building I am moving into. It had been used for years by young children without anything more than vacuuming, which of course left many dark spots and stains. I didn't hire Out of Sight because they had the lowest quoted price (which they did) but just because they seemed like nice people and assured me their equipment was up to the job as I described it. It took a couple hours and BOOM the carpet looks almost brand new! The only stains they couldn't get out were likely ink, which they said is nearly impossible to get out of

I had a rug I wanted to put in my new Salon that had been in my family for a VERY long time. It was covered in years of playing and memories lol I have tried cleaning it many many times over the years to no avail. Finally I turned it over to Andrew Boland of Out of Sight and low and behold...IT'S CLEAN! I'm so thankful to them for doing the impossible and allowing me to keep my beloved rug. Out of Sight cleaned our newly construction home. It was supposed to be a "deep cleaning." Their work was mediocre. When they supposedly were finished, my wife walked through the house and showed them several cabinets and shelves they missed entirely. After they left my wife went through the house again and found more cabinets and doors that were not cleaned. The next day, our contractor commented on the white dust that was missed on upper door jams and doors, and said he found considerable grout dust in our master shower. I recently moved to Texas and Out of Sight came to my house in California, which was a complete and total disaster......and I mean DISASTER. Dirty doesn't even begin to cover it. My 16 year old daughter and I spent 2 1/2 months packing and throwing away a lifetime of stuff. So we did not clean much, if at all.

Gonna have to go with 5 stars here! I've been using this service for many months now and have been very happy. Jay & Madelyn are an excellent team! They always ask if there is anything special or if there is a specific thing that needs concentrated on at every visit. If they end up with any extra time, they always ask what else they can do! No wasted time here.
