Onpoint was very responsive and quick, the technician knew what he was doing when he had to come fix my refrigerator. Juan has great customer service , repair was done same day and in a timely manner. Will recommend and continue to use Onpoint for our repairs.

Our fridge stopped working correctly and I called On Point based on their great Yelp reviews. I'm happy to add another one into the mix. Simply put, they got someone here to diagnose the problem, order the part, and get it fixed really quickly.

Bad experience. Waited all afternoon for repairperson, but when he arrived his truck didn't fit in the parking garage. His options were to pay for street parking or use free parking a block away. He chose to leave instead. I don't know if their work is good or not, but their customer services is not so good.

Could not have been more PLEASED. I got the run around from the Home Warranty Company and Sears. On Point caled set up an appointment and then texted to let me know that they could come by and fix it the same day I called. Juan showed up a little after 5 and had it fixed in no time. Kerri was amazing with every communication. Best Service EVER

On Point has been to my house twice-- once last winter to fix the heater and once this summer to fix the AC. (Curious how they never stop working except when you need them; but I digress.) On both occasions On Point was easy to schedule, arrived on time, and helped me with the equipment warranty so that I only had to pay for labor. On the most recent visit, I had called before business hours and even though I didn't leave a message Matt called ME back before his office opened. I greatly appreciated his prompt reply and will certainly use them again.

So happy to have our new refrigerator working! Juan thoroughly explained the problem and resolved it on the spot. He also went the extra mile giving us recommendations on proper use of our new fridge and finding a better tube online for us to consider as a a replacement to the current tube. Juan is a very professional gentleman!

I had a Technician come out to my house to look at my system because a part was bad but it was cheaper to have the Home warranty pay for it than to buy it on my own. He got to the house and had no clue what he was doing! He claimed he has been working in this field for a number of years but didn't even know what the part was called by name. He called it a relay when it wasn't. Kept saying something else was bad when it wasn't. I will never recommend these guys to work on anyone's systems for anything ever again. The Technician lied to the home warranty company saying I broke

Great company with wonderful, skilled employees who do everything first class. We were having problems with our 20 year old system which needed replacement. Matt came out Saturday evening to check it out and we agreed that it needed to be replaced. Monday morning the guys were here on time and installed our new system in under 4 hours. They were professional and very fast. We would definitely recommend them very highly.

AC was not working last night, called Saturday morning, Matt came about noon and checked our unit. Replaced the condenser and recharged the freon..year warranty on all work and parts except, of course the gas. He's even picking up a new knob for our dryer!! Such a nice guy, can't recommend them highly enough!

My landlord sent Matt to my house on two separate occasions. The first time was to fix my refrigerator and the second time was to fix my A/C. Both times he knew exactly what the issue was within 5 minutes and was able to resolve it without a problem and it didn't take forever. He was also on time every time which is highly unusual. I usually don't leave reviews but this is definitely someone I would recommend.
