Our AC went out Sunday night 7/4. Monday morning we get in touch with our home warranty and their designated contractor gets in touch Monday night and can't come out until the 12th! Tuesday morning a friend recommends Cluff's and we called them right away. They sent their tech that same day and he took care of our issue. Their tech was very nice and professional. We HIGHLY recommend Cluff Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning.

Are air went out so we gave them a call and they came out. After the tech replaced a fan and a transformer he informed me the condenser was out and quoted me $3900 ! That would be in addition to the thousand dollars he was already charging me for for the parts he replaced already. If your looking for a company to come out and replace parts to jack up the bill these are the guys to call. Ended up calling a different company that came out and replaced my whole system for the same price I was going to be charged to fix my old unit with Cluff. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else.

Our AC went out on a Saturday night at 5pm! Cluff not only answered the call after hours but was able come out within an hour. The service technician and office administration were very professional the repairs took no time and the cost was absolutely reasonable. I am so glad I reached out to Cluff we will being using them in the future for all our AC needs!

I've used Clint and company for a few years. They installed new units a few years back. Had problems with one of the units and the compressor finally went out. They had a new one for me the very next day and James came out and installed it. We followed all the recommendations as far as registering it with the manufacturer on the original install date. However, that being said, Clint replaced the unit without approval and that says a lot about his company. They are small but they take care of their customers .

It is unfortunate I have to write this but my experience with Mr. Clint Cluff has become nothing short of a nightmare! Current customers I have a question for you; were you asked to register your unit or did the company do it? Also Mr. Cluff spoke to me in a condescending manner. I felt very violated as I paid for a service and have a warrenty that he has declined to honor. I am unsure if he expects me to not fight this because he was speaking to a woman or due to my Hispanic name. I will never recommend Cluff Mechanical and current customers seek validation to your warranty!!! I can show you my

Cluff Mechanical shows up when they say they will, and they do a great job. I hired them to install an additional return in my master bedroom. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves (they vacuumed!). Two technicians, Clint and James, were there for the installation, and I will recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
