If I could give no stars I would. They installed our unit 4 years ago. We did not pick them they were contracted with our home seller. Our brand new unit had several dents and scratches on it. We were told by our friend who was here when they installed AC that it came out of the box that way. My husband called several times wanting it fixed. We paid a lot of money for a brand new unit not a scratch and dent unit. They promised 3 times to come out and never did. Now 4 years later it has quit working. We have no AC at all. I have called them 3 times today with no reply at all back from them. Buyer

This company is just god awful. They make excuses as to why they can never come back to finish a job. Once they do set an appointment they will be late or not show up. Finally after 3 weeks of waiting for them to finish a job they finished installing AC. My entire house’s lights flicker when the ac comes on. I have tried for two weeks to get ahold of them and no one answers or returns the voicemail. Guess they don’t care about there liabilities of poor electrical work.

Took weeks for these people to get the parts I need for an AC install. Then they set the appointment for 7:00 a.m. I've been sitting here for over an hour and 40 minutes and still nobody has shown up. Their excuse oh he got a late start. Don't waste your time or your money on these people find somebody different.

I'm currently a new home owner. Ace A/C is who our mobile home place hired to put in our new A/C. I do not recommend this company. They were scheduled to come install our A/C on Friday 9/18, never showed. I called first thing Monday 9/21 and was told we weren't on the schedule until Monday 9/28. I said thats unacceptable so William went back and rearranged some stuff and called back saying he could fit us in for Thursday 9/24. Thursday came and I called them to see what time they would be there and I was then informed that we weren't on the schedule until Friday 9/25. I asked to speak to William

Have only lived in home for a year and 7 months and one month of living in home a/c was not putting out cold air, Ace came out and fixed that. We have been hearing a hissing coming from the a/c every time it comes on since we got the unit - we were told that was normal. Now 1 year and 1/2 our air went out over the weekend with the coils freezing up. rust really bad in the unit. called Ace and they can't come out until Tuesday and mind you we live in Florida........ we have been very good about replacing our air filters every month - never missed 1 month. Taylor arrived on time as promised. He was friendly and professional. Taylor answered all my questions and was polite. He explained to me on the phone the price up front and told me my unit was under warranty and I need need to pay the service call fee. As he worked to fix my hvac we talked like old buddies from high school. Super nice guy. I will use this company again and you should too.

The company did not honour their work in wanting to charge me more money for something that they fixed in went down less than a month ago this company does not want either work like they say they will make you repay to have them come out even though it was less than a month ago. The guy that came out was rude and nasty the whole time. Never trust the technician named Tylor as he is a jersey and does crappy work. AC didn't even last a month when he came out less then 30 days. We recently bought a mobile home and ACE A/C was the contracted electrician to do the work. It took numerous phone calls on my behalf to speak with someone. I would leave messages that weren't returned. One time I was told the electrician was in the bathroom and they would have him call me right back. About 4 hours later, I had to again call him. We planned on living in our RV on the property while the house was being built, and needed 50 AMP hook up for our RV.
