This company promised and delivered top notch moving services. Upholstered pieces were wrapped in plastic, floor services were protected, and banisters were wrapped with blankets. Staff from the assessor, moving crew, and moving coordinator were professional and personable. If I needed to move again, these would be the people to call.

They damaged a 6 month old office desk and our dining room chairs. When we reported the damage, they sent out an "independent" furniture repair company to examine the damage. Premier then stated the independent company they hired, found the damage to be caused by normal "wear and tear". Normal wear and does not occur after 6 months and it certainly doesn't result in three inch long gouges across a desk top. Of course Premier never produced any documentation from this furniture repair company. Even if they had done so; when you are paying a company to evaluate furniture damage caused by your company

The whole moving process was made a lot easier for me due to Premier. Gary was great when he came by to give me an estimate- very detailed and provided me information about all the different options. I appreciated the time he took. Marissa was then very helpful with communications prior to, during, and after my move. I loved that she was always very responsive and good about checking in on the process. The movers themselves were very careful as they wrapped my furniture and loaded it. The pricing was also very competitive. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They protect your furniture and floors, steps, etc. in your house. We had our very large, heavy, wood & glass furniture moved 270 miles and nothing was broken, damaged or lost. The crew was very polite, courteous, respectful, kind and patient. Communication and follow up was excellent also. If you're looking for a quality moving company this is the one.

Premier (Mayflower) move to Commerce Township
This was our Seventh move in Michigan. We got quotes from other movers including Premier. We had moved with Mayflower before. Overall the move in October went OK but, not one of our best moves. The Person who estimated our move was off by more than 50% for the time and weight of the move. The move was supposed to take one day and it took two full days. We had to get a hotel room because we could not move into the house as only half of the items were moved on the first day not including our bedding. The movers worked at a good pace and were careful

Premier Relocations did a local move for us in Feb. 2016. The movers did a great job. I was really impressed with how quickly they got things done. Also, when getting quotes from other companies, they all recommended 4 movers while Premier recommended 5. I'm glad they did, because even with 5 of them working at an incredible pace, it took all day.
My one complaint, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that the estimator did not account for the difficulty of getting a truck into our destination driveway. They had to go back and get a smaller truck and then shuttle our stuff from the big

For my wife and I, this was a big move. How to have everything we own packed, stored and then shipped from Michigan to Texas. I did some research, obtained a few estimates, spoke with previous customers, and settled on Premier. Joe was honest and thorough when working up a load and price estimate. And Lina, well bless Lina's heart, she was available and helpful during each phase of our move. The packers were courteous and respectful - and quick!

This was the first time I used a moving company. We had Premier move us from Michigan to TN. From the first step where they come in and give you an estimate to the unloading. The estimating process was thorough and pretty spot on with final billing and it didn't take a long time to do either. The loading and packing was seamless, the guys really knew what they were doing and protected our hardwood floors, carpets, walls, wrapping our furniture etc. They packed better than I did. The unloading was even better, the crew was friendly and efficient. They unloaded and put together everything they disassembled

I hired Premier Relocations whose Parent Company is Mayflower recently for a cross country move and I am unhappy with the service for a few reasons. If you choose to go with Mayflower know that your glass tables or anything that has a glass top WILL NOT be reassembled, even after they have disassembled them. This was not explained to me prior to the move.

I had a wonderful experience with Premier. I moved across the country and they made sure everything went smoothly - even when I didn't have specific dates or a specific destination at the time. I just had my belongings stored for a few weeks and it was not a problem whatsoever! Gary was super helpful at my old location, giving me an estimate and making sure I had all the moving supplies I needed. Marissa was amazing the entire way through - always keeping in touch and facilitating my move at every step of the way. Even the local movers at my destination were great! I would definitely recommend

I've done two moves with Premier and at this point, I will highly recommend them to anyone. Our first move was from an apt to a condo while the second was from our storage unit to the condo. Different crews for both moves but it didn't matter - terrific attention to detail, even cleaning up the sloppy work of the company I previously used. The crew were engaging and offering advice and help, even double-handling some furniture when I couldn't make up my mind. Ouch! They never complained or skipped a beat -- very helpful!
