Would not recommend this company at all. They installed our heat pump two years ago. I've had about 4 instances where I needed after hours emergency service. THEY HAVE NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. When I leave a message I receive a call back the next morning. Most recently I called after hours at 9pm on a hot Saturday night and the tech picked up/hung up. After calling back and no answer I left a message. I got a call at 9am the next morning from "Eric" who's excuse was that he was asleep. Do not, I repeat don't use this company. You WILL regret it.

The Service Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The only issue we had is that they charged us $120 for a $10 part with no response from management when we questioned it. They neglected their customer, pacified our phone calls with empty promises and failed to follow-through in order to retain our business. Be warned that you will be overbilled and no one will return your call.

Purchased my heat pump in Nov 15. Unit hasn't worked since. Multiple service calls to start heat since installation date. Last service call to replace thermostat on Monday, 2 Jan 17. No heat at all since Friday, 6 Jan 17. Spent the weekend and today without heat using my wood stove to keep house warmish. Right not it's 54 deg downstairs. AirRight can't fix my unit. Zero stars.

It is New Year's Eve morning and my house is 55 degrees. I called the emergency service number and was told there was nothing they could do and " I should get a new company".
The system installed almost 2 years ago has not run properly and despite NUMEROUS service calls, it remains defective. I am in need of immediate asistance and cannot get help. Am trying every media possibility to get this message across.

We realized the morning before the snow storm that our thermostat was out. After call the office, they gave us instruction to see if it was just the battery that needed replacement. That was not the problem so they sent a service person within a couple of hours. Problem was the breaker under the house. Fixed and back in business, incredible service and care

Mr Hix, operations manager, came out 3 days before the install to customize my system for comfort. His team showed up on time and were very professional. The system was installed in 1 day. I now have 3 zones for comfort in my bedroom, my sons bedroom and the third floor. The new heat pump system was installed over the summer and my energy bills are significantly lower and we all are more comfortable. Fantastic job by the AirRight team! I will use them again and would highly recommend them.
