On one of the hottest days of this summer is when my ac decided to quit. I have a home warranty but it would have been 3 days for them to get a tech out. I found Comfort Assurance and they came the same day. Not only that..they kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know when they would arrive, solved the problem quickly, and were only a few dollars higher than the deductible I would have paid but the level of service they provided was priceless! They even came out for ongoing issues I have had. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted Comfort Assuance in the morning on the day of service and they were able to fit me for emergency repair work. I am a new customer and will continue to do business with them. They were extremely nice and did a great job diagnosing and repairing my unit. They worked with me on scheduling to fit me in on an already busy day. They even gave suggestions for follow servicing of my units and have quoted me some additional work. The prices are very good and I look forward to working with them again and for many years to come.

After this weekend's snow & ice storm, my heat pump was frozen on all four sides,etc. I called Jonathan and he came out to my house and checked everything thoroughly, to include getting all the ice removed, especially where it had accumulated and frozen solid inside the unit. He filled up three large Home Depot buckets with hot water from my kitchen, carried them out and dumped inside the unit in order to thaw the ice. Then he checked my heat pump thoroughly and assured me no damage had been done to the heat pump. I have used Comfort Assurance in the past and was very pleased. I would strongly

This company is the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
