Assured Climate Heating & Cooling has been serving the Richmond region for over 18 years. We specialize in all residential and light commercial HVAC service calls, repairs and installations. Assured Climate has a wide variety of services to offer customers year round and has skilled knowledge and experience with a number of brands of AC and heating systems.
When it comes to installing or replacing a heating system in your house, Assured Climate knows how to get the job done right the first time. For new heating installation, we prefer Carrier systems. We will and have installed all other brands but have found that Carrier is the most helpful and reliable when it comes to our customers' needs.
Heating repair when you need it, that's Assured Climate's specialty. BEWARE! Question Everything!!! I have AHS who contacted this company (Assured Climate) to come and diagnose and repair the heat on the 1st floor of our home. A very nice and manerable young gentleman, (found out later is the son of the owner) came out and diagnosed the gas valve needs replacing. It took him little time to diagnose. He also offered to do some work under my house, crawl space he felt was needed with fittings and ducts and insulation; I declined the offer. No problem, they ordered the gas valve and a few days later it came in. An approintment was set and the first truck arrived to

Used my AHS warranty on my home to get an HVAC company out to look into why my heat was not working. Technician came out, and found my system board was partially dead. Replaced it 2 days later once it arrived. After my heat came on, and all seemed legit, when i went to turn it off, and turn it back on, the fan would blow, but no heat. I replaced the thermostat, hoping that was it, but the technician ended up coming back out from Assured, and found the ignitor was dead. Being a bit mechanically and electrically inclined, i understand these things happen, and the technician replaced it on the spot

We have used this business for years. We trust them completely when they say we need some equipment replaced. I don't know what the complainers are talking about. One says the front office is rude. That is ridiculous.

Tried to get me to pay $300 after I was told $150. Took my unit apart and was going to take part of the unit with him when he left but I told him before I paid anything I was going to call my insurance company. He left and I called the insurance company . I called them back and told them I would pay the 150 for him to clean the unit and was told it wasn't 150 it was 300 because the outside fan needed cleaning too so he wouldn't replace the motor until it was cleaned. They refused to send the report ro my insurance company and then told the insurance company that unless I paid them the 300 to do

Do not use this company. They say that they are a family-owned business and are there for the customer, but it is obvious that they need to have customer service training. They did not do what they stated they would, they did not call an hour before as they've stated, they forgot to list us on the appointment books when they stated they would and had us waiting around all day, and the owner along with the front desk support staff are unprofessional. If you are running a business, other people may be upset with the services you provide; you should still maintain your composure when dealing with

So first of all my family has maintenance contracts with Assured Climate (or at least did) and I thought I was in good hands calling them for our AC unit that wasnt keeping up on hot days. I recently had checked the outside unit to see if it was dirty because I was going to purchase some foam coil cleaner to clean it myself. However after looking at it inside and out, I concluded it was not dirty leading me to believe it was maybe just a little bit low on freon, as it was still cooling just having a hard time keeping up on hotter days. This business was referred to us through our Home Warranty plan and I am so glad that they did. They were professional and courtesy on the phone from day 1 starting with setting up the appointment. They called ahead of time as they said they would and arrived on time. Kanyon was our service tech and he was very professional and courteous.
