I was having issues with my upstairs HVAC not cooling properly. I called 5 minutes before they opened and had someone answer the phone. I explained my problem and they stated they would call me back in a few minutes after checking the schedule for the day (temperatures expected to be high 90’s). Within 30 minutes they called back and stated they had a technician working nearby and they could fit me in that morning. Within an hour the technician Pete was at my house, diagnosed and fixed the problem. From the call taker to the technician, both were highly professional and the amount billed was

Very very unprofessional technicians. They need to improve on what type of techs go on the field. Our store, QuickStop is having issues since we opened up in March 2020, and they were not able to find the permanent solution to the problem. Techs came in this morning and checked the place and said we have fixed it, it should be working now. Temp was 85 degrees. 3 hours later, they came back and checked the temp, it was 84, they said, well, since the temp went down by 1 degree, it is working, wait until the day ends. Today is Friday, we waiting the whole day, issue is not solved, temp is still 85

Not professional at all. When they know there is a issue at the place, they should have stayed and fixed it and not waited for us to test it out for few hours and even after waiting for few hours, they do not check in with you to see if things are functioning. They need to realize that this business that they are in, cannot just work in weekdays, they are working with the businesses that run in the weekends too. If they cannot fix something on Thursday or Friday, then we have to wait for them to respond to our voicemail on Monday. One thing I would recommend the business owner of this company is

Reasonably priced and was in the same ballpark with other companies in the area, took a chance a went with this company as I need a new ac unit. They were able to come a few days after my initial quote, and arrived on time. System works well, but there is cold air leaking between the indoor unit and the duct work it is attached to. My emphasis here is the finishing work, the old tape that was used to seal this normal gap was not removed, thus causing the new tape to rip, doesn't look like a professional job. I called the company about this, was transferred to a tech, who passed my info on to the

I recently had a power surge due to Dominion Energy which resulted in my heating and cooling units being affected. I called Custom Aire and spoke to Tina. She arranged for Pete to come out the very next day and he quickly resolved the issue. I have been a customer for many years and want to thank Doug and his staff for all their help. The HVAC at my rental property was original to the house. When I needed assistance for my tenant, Custom Aire was there right on time! It turned out that the system needed to be replaced. I was treated very professionally and fairly. Everything was just as promised. It is a pleasure to find there are still businesses out there who strive to treat their customers right.
