BH was able to design a pool for us within our specs very quickly and helped us to understand cost points very well. After getting HOA approval mid November, we are excited to see such great progress. We sourced our own tree removal, septic and landscape adjustments. The pics are just about 7 weeks in. We have been really pleased with the responsiveness of our sales rep, Anthony, and PM, Darin. The various crews have been very kind and diligent. It is helpful to understand up front the nature of how the crews are scheduled— there are so many factors (supplies, weather, etc) that we never know

So things have been rocky from time to time and there have been staff changes, weather issues, covid etc. that have delayed our pool but I have to say the new super that took over (Roberto) has been fantastic. Since he took over my pool moved along smoothly and efficiently and is almost at completion. He was great about communicating and went the extra step to make sure we are highly satisfied and taken care of! I wish he had been with the company from the start! Anyhow our pool looks amazing so far. It did take longer than expected, but it will be well worth the wait!

DO NOT USE BLUE HAVEN POOLS it's been 2 months to the date and no progress has been made whatsoever. My backyard is a war zone and I haven't been able to enjoy it since June. Their lack of response is unnerving and whenever you actually talk to them, it's just excuses and false commitments. I am sure that even your wort option is better than Blue Haven Pools. I truly regret my choice...

DO NOT USE BLUE HAVEN. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Spend the extra 5-10k. It’s worth it. My yard has been torn up for months. We signed four contract in April 2021, still no pool. There is no communication. No one knows what’s going on. No one cares to fix what they do wrong. Justin never laid out our pool. The dig crew showed up with no digging equipment. They improperly did our drainage. Still have not fixed that. We dug 13 weeks ago. My concrete has been sitting with standing rain water for a month. No one has come to pump it out. The final clean up was delayed 4 weeks

If you choose Blue Haven, prepare yourself for lack of communication, and a long wait. I can’t dispute a beautiful pool in the end but you will be very, very frustrated throughout your process.**

They dug our hole in September and we are still not finished. It took 13 weeks just to get gunnite. We were told it would be 5-6 weeks worst case scenario. We also agreed to this because we were told if we did not go ahead with the excavation then we could not even be placed on the list for gunnite.
We finally got gunnite on Dec 8, 2020. At the time of getting

I want to start off by saying I really Hate to give any company a bad review. However, this company is a joke. signed the contract in Aug 17th. 2020. They are just now getting to gunite. Blue Haven is overrated and does not deliver on there word. Please look else where. You will not have a good experience.
Update: I wanted to update everyone on the status on this nightmare of a project. I added pictures. From 8/17/20 to 3/3/21 nothing but a mess in the back yard. Then things started to move and they got the pool almost done in a little over a month. I have to say if this does not teach you patience

DONT DO IT! This is by far the worst business I have had to deal with. A total nightmare, a year has passed and the only thing they have done is take our money and leave us with a big hole in our backyard. I don’t know what is going on with Blue Haven Pools but I see a lawsuit in the near future. Save your self the trouble and judging by the other reviews we are not the only ones going through this.

Please let me help you, and save you so much stress. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My husband and I decided to use them after meeting with Matt, the salesman he’s amazing! The company is terrible! We signed in July of last year! And we have had issues after issues, 2 project managers both which basically said that their hands were tied as far as getting our project completed.
