Spray Foam insulation typically costs 2 to 3 times more than traditional Fiberglass Insulation. Open Cell Foam ranges from $1.50 to $5.00 per square foot, while Closed Cell Foam Insulation ranges anywhere from $2.30 - $7.20 per square foot. Prices vary based upon the depth of the foam being applied.

Thank you Tom for all of your help. I had an issue with insulation, and was exploring spray foam for my attic. Instead of selling me on a huge project, Tom provided me with a much cheaper alternative that will do exactly what I need. Thanks Tom for looking out for the customer and helping me save a ton of money. I appreciate your honesty, and if/when I have another insulation project in the future, i will def be using Chicago Green Insulation.

Tom took his time during the holidays to give me a recommendation on what I should do with my insulation issue. He gave me options and I decided to go with his recommendation that did not need his services.

Tom Decker was quickly responsive and highly professional in providing advice on an insulation problem that our Condo board is reviewing, but not proceeding with at this time. His willingness to provide technical information and guidance knowing that the job would not be let was appreciated. I would highly recommend he and his firm to all residential customers.

These guys are beyond honest, capable, and run a clean job site, and the product is top of the line. I have done 4 foam insulation projects over several remodels, 2 with Chicago Green, and I am about to do 2 more: a gut rehab of classic Chicago frame house for my mother, and our dream penthouse in Lincoln Park. You can't shoot straighter than Tom, and he gives a chance to those less fortunate to prove themselves in their work at Chicago Green. Cannot recommend higher.

Roughly two weeks before I was scheduled for an estimate I booked an appointment for an estimate on Chicago green insulation’s website, I was prompted with a response that I would get a call back within a few hours, days and almost two week went by before I got a call back from Tom, I received a call back the day of the estimate, hours after it was to be preformed, I was asked what work I needed to be preformed which I informed Tom about and was asked for the total area, which I replied with I wasn’t aware of the total sq ft, but it was less then 1000 sq ft, automatically he came out with a

I've used Chicago Green twice. Did a great job in my crawl space. Called back a couple years later when doing a remodel. Spray foam is a great product for sealing up the house thermally. Professional crew was very experienced and did a great job.

I am a house flipper that has done more than 60 homes in the Chicago land area. Tom and his team at Chicago Green insulation have been an integral part of what we do. I hired Chicago Green Insulation to insulate a crawl space under the floor of my sun room. Tom was on time for the estimate appointment, clearly explained the process, and addressed any questions I had at the time. I followed up via email with a few additional questions, and they were answered within hours, on a Sunday no less. They provided adequate protection to avoid any over spray, which was a concern of mine. The job was completed as promised and to my satisfaction. On a side note, Tom really cares about the community and human capital, and is actions back up his words.
