When you find yourself in need of an after hours service call, it’s never a good thing. Add to the mix that it’s right in the middle of a time when people are distancing themselves from each other and spending more time at home, then that takes the entire experience to a whole new level of stress. Rusty was FANTASTIC!!! He did an extremely thorough job, right down to washing the vent covers!! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Most importantly, he took time to get to know me as a person, not just a customer. He didn't just come in and work in solitude. Rusty gets our family's highest marks for service! After being told by another heat/cool business in town that we would have to wait up to 5 days to have our AC fixed — when it was 90+ degrees outside and 85 and VERY humid inside our house — Rusty responded immediately. He came to the house, checked the unit, jotted down model and serial numbers, called his supplier to see how quickly he could get the part, and confirmed that he would be able to install it the next morning...all before he even left our driveway. Rusty was great knowledgeable and professional. He was recommended to us since we had a geothermal. Our unit had been found out off and on for over 2 weeks and the other company could not figure out what was wrong. Right away at the first visit our problem was diagnosed, the part was ordered an fixed within just a few days. The price was fair and broken down so there were no hidden fees. Called with an emergency situation and Russell Burch answered. He was very quick to respond and called back when he said he would. Upon arrival, he had our furnace issue diagnosed and back in working order in less than 30 minutes. He is extremely fair and set our mind at ease with his honest work ethic and professional, diligent work.
