We had issues getting the gas line to the house and it took over 3 months. However after the gas line went in it took less than 2 days to get the heater and the AC unit installed. Over all we were impressed with their work. But the waiting for the gas line to go in was kind of a bummer.

Rhinehart took their time to explain why we needed to have our Air conditioning unit and furnace replaced instead of trying to continue to repair a 14 year old unit. We are very happy that we replaced our system and Rhineheart did an amazing job and the price was fair.

Kevin Rinehart and the installation crew were exceptional, professional and honest. No one wants to have to replace their heating and AC but I chose Rinehart after receiving 4 quotes due to the no pressure sales, competitive pricing and high quality products they install. I chose Rinehart due to my interaction with Kevin but confirmation of the right choice came with the great, efficient and tidy work of the installers, quality product and follow up from Kevin.

I shopped around with about five different HVAC companies and based on price, warranty, equipment and a personal recommendation from a friend; Rinehart won my business. I ended up getting an all new electric furnace and AC. They got my old system out and the new one installed and working within a single day which was really nice. Kevin and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They also handled all the paperwork for a rebate from the electric company for switching to an energy efficient electric furnace. Overall the experience was great and I'm comfortable recommending them to others
